George L. Mann, 70, passed away suddenly at his friend's home in Rapid City South Dakota on May 7, 2024.

George was born on February 1, 1954, in Goshen New York to George and Jean (Brooks) Mann.   He was preceded in death by both his parents, a half-brother, and by his daughter, Lauren Brooks Mann.

He was a skilled automobile mechanic and later in life changed careers to diver, working for a cruise ship company. He safely brought passengers down to see the sharks and other marine life.

He had been living in South Dakota since September 2023. He faithfully attended Bible Fellowship Church in Rapid City, South Dakota where he received Jesus Christ as his savior.  He loved the natural beauty of God's creation in the Black Hills of South Dakota.

George will be laid to rest with his family in Monroe, NY later this year.
