Gerald Gaylen Derby II, 44, Rapid City, SD, was called to Heaven on July 10, 2014 at Rapid City Regional Hospital.
He was born in Buffalo, Wyoming to Gerald and Judy (Hartshorn) Derby on January 3, 1970.
He is survived by his father, Gerald (Mary Ann) Derby; sisters, Michelle (Jerry) Bergeson, Tina (Thomas) Spiers, Jessica Davies and Kimberly (Rich) Hyland; his son, Chase Derby; and multiple nieces, nephews and cousins. Cremation and private ceremony to be held with family.
He is buried in the Whitewood Cemetery, Whitewood, SD.
