WHITEWOOD - Gertrude Ellen "Sis" Andersen, 75, Whitewood, died Tuesday, May 13, 2008, at Sturgis Hospice Suite.

Survivors include one daughter, Barbara Moore, Whitewood; four grandchildren; and one great-grandson.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby.

Visitation will be from noon to 9 p.m. Monday, May 19, at Kinkade Funeral Chapel in Sturgis. Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday, May 20, at Black Hills National Cemetery near Sturgis. Those wishing to attend the graveside service are asked to meet at 12:30 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorial services will be at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at First Presbyterian Church in Whitewood, with the Rev. Steve Agan officiating.

Memorials have been established to the First Presbyterian Church of Whitewood and to Hospice of the Northern Hills.
