Obituary

Ginger was born May 15, 1952, in Lusk, WY, to Oleta and Harry Engebretsen. She grew up on the family ranch north-east of Harrison, NE, attending country school until she began her High School years. She then attended Sioux County High School in Harrison.
In 1969, Ginger met her soul mate and love of her life, Bryan Eugene Lolley. They were united in marriage on February 21, 1970, in Glenrock, WY. To this union, two daughters were born: Monty Jo Lolley and Darby Dee Lolley.
Bryan and Ginger made their home in Edgemont, SD, where Ginger worked at Southern Hills Bank as a teller for many years. After the girls graduated from High School, Bryan and Ginger moved to Gillette, WY. This remained their home for several years. Ginger began working at First National Bank in Gillette before she retired in 2012 and moved to Hayden, ID, to be closer to her daughter, Darby.
Moving to Idaho filled a huge void for Ginger after the death of her beloved husband in 2005, as she enjoyed exploring the wonderful country that Idaho had to offer. She loved to go on hikes, bird watch, see the beauty of nature and more.
Ginger Marie (Engebretsen) Lolley passed into the arms of our Savior on January 30, 2017, at Hospice House in Coeur d'Alene, ID, after a long battle with cancer. She joined her beloved husband, Bryan.
Ginger is survived by her daughters, Monty Jo Lolley of Gillette, WY, and Darby Dee Lolley (Del Wright) of Hayden, ID; her grandchildren that she loved dearly, Brianna Marie Lolley, Jacob Bradly Moody, Londyn Lolley Moody, and Bryce William Barrett all of Gillette and Ian Bryan Wright of Hayden, ID; as well as 2 great-grandchildren, Christian Bryan Gardner and Kaige Jakob Geis of Gillette. She is also survived by her brother and sister-in-law, Merrill and Audrey Engebretsen of San Marcus, CA; sister and brother-in-law, Vivian and Jim Bialas of Columbus, NE; and brother and sister-in-law, Clay and Gail Engebretsen of Alpine, CA; as well as several brothers and sisters-in-law
and many nieces and nephews.
Ginger was preceded in death by her husband, Bryan; her parents; brother, Jerry Engebretsen; and brother, Dan Staudenmaier.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, memorials be made to PBS or Hospice of North Idaho.
