Helen R. (Hertz) Boulton 80 of Sturgis died Monday, October 24, 2005 at a local nursing home. Helen was born October 13, 1925 at Gary, SD to Ray & Rosella Cole. At 8 years old she was adopted by Rudolf & Deborah (Hall) Hertz. She grew up and attended grade school in the Eagle Butte area. Helen graduated from All Saints High School at Sioux Falls, and attended a couple of years of college also in Sioux Falls. A memorial service will be held 11:00 am Thursday, October 27, 2005 at Black Hills Funeral Home & Cremation Services at Sturgis, with Rev. Keith Nelson officiating. Inurnment will be held at a later date at Fort Logan National Cemetery at Denver, CO. Survivors include sister Elizabeth R. Fischer of Sturgis, 3 nieces, Delores J. Pogany, Judy A Boehrs, Deborah S. Linn, 3 nephews, James R Fischer, David A. Fischer, Keven Fischer, numerous great, and great-great nieces and nephews.
