Helen Lee Graves, 79, of Paris, TN, died, Wednesday, January 2, 2013 at her home.

Funeral service will be Friday, January 11, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at Kinkade Funeral Chapel in Sturgis, SD with Pastor Larry Green officiating. Burial to follow at Bear Butte Cemetery in Sturgis, SD.

She was the daughter of the late Lynn and Venita Walter Escott.

Helen grew up in ranching country and horses were a great passion all of her life. She gave her heart to her Savior in 1956, serving in local Baptist churches and was a member of the First Baptist Church in Paris, TN. On June 12, 1955 she married James Graves.

Helen is survived by husband, James Graves of Paris, TN; sons, Warren (Patty) Graves, Minot, ND, Wade Graves, Loveland, CO; brother, Dale Escott, Sturgis, SD; grandchildren, Sarah Rassier, Josh Graves, KC Graves, Audrey Graves and four great-grandchildren.
