Jack Willard Elledge, 89, Rapid City, SD, passed away at his home on October 9, 2015.
Jack was born in Texas to Harley and Lena (Forney) Elledge. He served in the US Army Air Force and is buried at Black Hills National Cemetery, Sturgis, SD.
