FORT MEADE - Jack Lee Quay, 73, Fort Meade, died Wednesday, Sept. 19, 2007, at Fort Meade Veterans Affairs Black Hills Health Care Center.

Survivors include one son, Jack A. Quay, and one daughter, JoAnn Totton, both of Box Elder; one brother, Ronald Quay, Forest Grove, Ore.; one sister, Karen Bennett, Hillsboro, Ore.; two grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be one hour before services at Kinkade Funeral Chapel in Sturgis. Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday, Sept. 24, at Black Hills National Cemetery near Sturgis, with Chaplain Moe Greiner officiating and military honors by the Sturgis Veterans Honor Guard.
