RAPID CITY | James David Clowers, 64, died August 22, 2016. He was born on November 11, 1951 in Carrolton, Illinois.
He is survived by his sons, James D. Clowers II and Joshua J. Clowers; his daughters, Francine Clowers and Shania Clowers; his brother Giles Clowers; his sister Sandra Bennington; and six grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Giles and Vivian (Sherwood) Clowers.
Cremation has taken place. No local services will be held at this time.
