HOT SPRINGS | James R. Farrell, 59, Hot Springs, died April 26, 2014. He served in the U.S. Army from 1973 to 1974. Jim is survived by his wife, Ruby Farrell, Hot Springs; sons, Michael (Heather) Farrell, Ft. Knox, KY; Ben (Kailey) Miller, Edgemont, Greg Birdsall, Newmanstown, PA, and Matt (Shay) Farrell, Edgemont; mother, Dorothy Farrell, Saint Charles, MO; sisters, Tammy (Rick) Megenhardt, Terra Haute, IN, and Sheree (Charles) Johnson, Saint Charles, MO; and nine grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his son, Nicholas Farrell; and father, Robert Farrell. Per Jim's request, cremation has taken place and no services will be held.
