James Arthur Miles, 54, Rapid City, died Monday, Oct. 2, 2006, at Fort Meade Veterans Affairs Medical Center. Survivors include two brothers, John Miles Jr., Laramie Wyo., and Mike Miles, Rapid City, and one sister, Margaret Kruse, Rapid City. Following his wishes, his body has been cremated. Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. Friday, Oct. 6, at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Rapid City. Lunch will follow at the church. Kinkade Funeral Chapel of Sturgis is in charge of arrangements.
