Jay E, Davis, 85, Hot Springs, SD, passed away February 29, 2012 at the SD State Veterans Home in Hot Springs.
Jay was born in New York to Willard Birshall and Mary (English) Davis on February 18, 1927. He served in the US Army during WW 2 and is buried at Black Hills National Cemetery, Sturgis, SD.
