Jerald Edward Felts, 62, Box Elder, SD, passed away July 24, 2013 at Rapid City Regional Hospital.
Jerald was born in Oklahoma to William and Yvonne (Harmon) Felts on December 16, 1950. He served in the US Air Force during Vietnam and the Persian Gulf and is buried at Black Hills National Cemetery, Sturgis, SD.
