Jerry Rudy Schiefer, 78, passed away Friday, April 8, 2022, at his home in Rochford.

He was born on November 26, 1943, in Deadwood to Rudolph and Katherine (Genthner) Schiefer.  Jerry married Doris Wood at the Rochford Chapel on October 20, 1967, to this union three children were born.

Jerry is survived by his wife, Doris; son, Monty Schiefer; daughters, Tina Schiefer and Tammy Bell; brother, Roy Schiefer; sister, Charlotte Hight; and granddaughters, Jada and Kayla Bell.

He was preceded in death by his father, Rudolph Schiefer; and mother, Katherine Kercheval.

Cremation will take place and no services are planned at this time.
