STURGIS - Joe Murray Chambers, 77, Sturgis, died Sunday, Nov. 11, 2007, at Sturgis Regional Senior Care Center.

He served in the U.S. Marine Corps.

Survivors include his wife, Bonnie Chambers, Belle Fourche; four daughters, Joan Knight and Jeannette deBonnet, both of Sturgis, Cynthia Mattiuzzi, Mariposa, Calif., and Deanna Wurster, Fresno, Calif.; one brother, Willard Chambers, Earlsboro, Okla.; one sister, Addie Mae Van Antwerp, Riverside Calif.; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 14, at Kinkade Funeral Chapel in Sturgis, with the Rev. Roger Crowhurst officiating. Burial with military honors by the Sturgis Veterans Honor Guard will follow at Black Hills National Cemetery near Sturgis.

A memorial has been established.
