NEWCASTLE, Wyo. - John Richard "Dick" Oelke, 80, Newcastle and formerly of Gillette, died Wednesday, July 4, 2007, at Weston County Manor in Newcastle. He is survived by one daughter, Johnna Oelke, Gillette. Following his wishes, his body was cremated. Arrangements are under the direction of Kinkade Funeral Chapel in Sturgis, S.D.
