John Ervin Wisti, age 39 of Rice Lake, Wisconsin died Wednesday, July 17, 2013 at Sturgis, South Dakota. He was born February 16, 1974 in Barron, Wisconsin the son of Paul and Ramona (Roatch) Wisti. He grew up in the Barron area and graduated from Barron High School. After graduating, John worked at various jobs in the area. John loved spending time with his son. He liked going to concerts and also the races. He enjoyed watching football and working with computers.

He is survived by his father Paul (Becky) Wisti of Barron, WI; his son Isaac Wisti of Lake Hallie, WI; brothers Michael (Ruth) Wisti of Almena, WI; Bill Wisti of Lyndon Station, WI; step-sisters Shannon (Stacey) Tift of Comstock, WI; Melissa (Greg) Weaver of Cumberland, WI; Holly (Marty) Schramski of Cumberland, WI; nieces, nephews, cousins.

He was preceded in death by his mother Ramona and his grandparents.

A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, August 10, 2013 at 11:00 A.M. at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Barron with Deacon Michael Cullen officiating. Burial will be in the Bethany Cemetery in the Township of Turtle Lake. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church.
