Joyce E. Mammenga, 70, passed away April 28, 2020 at Sturgis Regional Senior Care in Sturgis.

Joyce was born on October 12, 1949 in Sibley, IA to Herman and Dorothy (Venenga) Stubbe. She married Dennis Mammenga on October 26, 1968.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Dennis Mammenga; parents, Herman and Dorothy Stubbe; grandparents, Harm and Sienna Stubbe and Buss and Jennie Venenga; and brother, Vernon Stubbe.

Joyce leaves behind her brothers, Ken (Pat) Stubbe, Shakopee, MN, Larry Stubbe, California, and Herman (LaDonna) Stubbe, Inwood, IA; sisters, Linda Strerler, Brewster, MN and Tammy (Clifford) Kruger, George, IA; uncle and aunt, Virgil and Janice Venenga; cousins, Paul and Kim Vander Plaats and family, Bill and Marilyn Mammenga and family; special friends, Toby and Peg Hinckley, Wess and Shelbi Bulat and family; many cousins, nieces, and nephews; her beloved dog, Izzy; and all of her biker friends.

Services will be held at 1;30 pm, Thursday, July 30, 2020 at Black Hills Funeral Home in Sturgis.  A private family inurnment will take place at Black Hills National Cemetery.
