Newcastle, WY - Kathleen J. Stacy, 51 of Newcastle, WY, died January 15, 2012 at her residence. Survivors include her husband, Carlos G. Stacy, Newcastle; one son, Daniel (Sabrina) Stacy, Oregon; her parents, Jim and Marilyn Anspaugh, Newcastle and one grandson, Oudin Stacy, Oregon. Memorial Services will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday, January 22, 2012 at the Four Corners Church, Four Corners, WY with Pastor Bill Haley officiating. Inurnment will take place at a later date in Graceland Cemetery, Racine WI.
