Kay Donna Bock, 48, Wright, WY, died Wednesday, July 5, 2006 in Sioux Falls, SD.

Kay was born September 19, 1957, at Mitchell, SD, to Lyle and Lucy (Walker) Bordewyk. She grew up in Mitchell and moved to Sturgis in 1972. Kay graduated from Sturgis High School. While she was in school, she worked at Marsh Warehouse in Sturgis. She moved to Gillette, WY and worked at Wolf Auto Parts. Kay was a car dropper at Wyodak and also helped load the first cars of coal at the Black Thunder Coal Mine.

She married Gary Bock on September 27, 1975 at Sturgis, SD.

Kay enjoyed quilting and was proud to be called a quilter.

Survivors include her husband, Gary Bock, Wright, WY; son, Adam Bock, Wright, WY; daughter, Sara Morris, Marshall, MN; three brothers, Gary and his wife, Genie,Bordewyk, Pueblo West, CO, Darby and his wife, Vonnie, Bordewyk, Pierre, SD, Tom and his wife, Candy, Bordewyk, Hale Center, TX; sister, Karen Bordewyk, Strasburg, CO; one grandson; and one granddaughter.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother Terry.

Funeral services will be July 8, 2006 at the Kinkade Funeral Chapel with Rev. Keith Nelson officiating.
