Obituary
Kristina Mary Lausten, 53, Sturgis, SD, died Monday, Nov. 18, 2013 at Rapid City Regional Hospice House.
Kris was born in California to Arthur Gilbert and Marianne Gurine (Sandhei) Hayden on January 17, 1960.
Survivors include a son, William Brundige; her mother, Marianne Haydon; and siblings Lorraine, Janice, Anita, Daniel, Rodney.
A memorial service will be 3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 30 at the Meade County Senior Center, 919 2nd St. Sturgis. A memorial has been established to the Meade County Senior Center.
After a brief battle with cancer, Kris passed with grace, dignity, comfort and peace. Please know that Kris loved each and every one of you deeply. You were an important part of her life. May God bless all for being such a loving friend, family member and relative of Kris.
