Kyle was born in Rapid City, SD, to Jill and Tim Stumpf on December 17, 1993. Kyle was a graduate of Sturgis Brown High School in 2012. He loved football, weightlifting, was an avid "gamer" and most recently took up the game of golf. He was currently employed at the City of Sturgis Water Department.

We cannot begin to know all the people he touched in his short time on earth and sincerely appreciate all the thoughts and prayers that have been given our family. Our lives without his good nature and generous spirit are unimaginable.

Kyle Levi Stumpf, 24, of Sturgis, died Tuesday, June 12, 2018, at his home.

He is survived by his parents, Jill and Tim Stumpf of Sturgis; two older brothers: Jacob Stumpf of Iroquois, SD, and his wife, Lindsey, and their 3 children, Daivian, Arlyannah, and Brekyn; Travis Stumpf of Phoenix, AZ, and his wife, Kati; his grandmother, Marlene Simmons of Sturgis; and his very special friend, Nikita Heinert and her two children, Alayna and Daxtyn; and aunts, uncles, and cousins from various parts of the United States, all of whom meant the world to him.

Graveside services will be 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 16, 2018, with Rev. Linda Grenz officiating at Bear Butte Cemetery in Sturgis.

A memorial will be established to honor him.
