Leslie "Les" Remington was born February 21, 1953, in Newport, RI, to Leslie and Shirley (Blake) Remington. On December 8, 1972, he married Ruby Richard. To this union were born two daughters, Autumn and Cody.

He enjoyed listening to music, camping and fishing, cooking, and CB radios. He loved working on cars and watching NASCAR races. Les's favorite holiday was the 4th of July.
Les, 65, died suddenly July 15, 2018, at his home in Sturgis.

Les is survived by his daughters, Autumn (Jason) Stenerson and Cody (Matt) Burkart; mother, Shirley; four brothers, Rick, Corey (Judy), Darcy, and Scott (Marcie); and 4 grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father, grandparents, and one grandchild.

A memorial service will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, July 21, 2018, at Kinkade Funeral Chapel in Sturgis with Pastor Dottie Parfrey officiating.
