Lillian Osgood, 81, passed away November 23, 2021, at her home in Black Hawk, South Dakota.
She was born to Charles and Josephine (Smith) Miller in Columbus, Montana, on March 1, 1940. She was a resident of the Black Hills for 47 years, where she lived with her husband until his death in 2003.
Lillian moved from Montana to South Dakota with her family in 1973, making the Black Hills her home. She loved to travel as she went to see many beautiful places. She had many favorite things including camping, hunting, fishing, and gardening, but most of all she loved spending time with her family. She came from a very large family of eleven brothers and sisters.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Josephine Miller; brothers, Vern Miller, Ivan Miller, Cecil Miller, Charles Miller, Gerald Miller, Albert Miller, and sisters, Maxine Binek, Edna Gonka, Sherry Daniels, Violet Paulson, and Pearl Bruley.
Survivors include two sons, William Osgood of Sioux Falls, SD, Orval Osgood of Black Hawk, SD, and a grandson, Justin Blaszkowski of Fountain, Colorado.
