Lois passed away at Rapid City Regional Hospital after a lengthy illness. Lois was born Oct. 26, 1940 to Oscar and Pauline Mount at Red Oak, Iowa. Lois attended school at Red Oak. Lois was previously married and to that union were four children. She married Benny Hobbs on Dec. 30, 1986 at Rapid City. They made their home in Newcastle and Upton. She will be greatly missed by her husband Benny Hobbs of Upton, WY. Her children Randy and Family of La Pine, OR, John and Family of Zeelund, MI, Tammie Crum and family of Zeelund, MI and Teresa and family of Sanford, FL. 6 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. 5 brothers and sisters, Harry (Dean) and Carolyn Mount of Glenwood, IA, Wayne and Judy of Bettendorf, IA, Terry and Debra of Council Bluffs, IA, Joyce and JW Hostetter of Fairfield, IA, and Dorothy and Cecil Hurst of Wilmer, AL, and several nieces and nephews. Her brother and sister in-laws, Jimmy Hobbs and family of Newcastle, WY, Debra McCarty of Las Vegas, NV, and Connie and Bill Rainbolt, of Upton, WY. Her Grandparents, Parents and 2 brothers preceded her in death. Services will be held in Upton, WY on August 26, at 2:00 PM, Upton United Methodist Church. A service will also be held in Red Oak, IA on September 1, 2006.
