Lois "Louise" Lamberton, 85, Belle Fourche, died Wednesday, August 27, 2008, at the Belle Fourche Senior Care Center.

Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 30, 2008, at Bear Butte Cemetery with Rev. Michael Fox officiating. Those wishing to travel in procession to the cemetery with the family should meet at Kinkade Funeral Chapel at 9:30 a.m.

Lois Louise Lamberton was born July 4, 1923, to Earl and Opal (McFarland) Raybourne. She attended rural school in Meade County and graduated from Sturgis High School in 1942.

Lois married Floyd Lamberton in 1943. She spent most of her life in the Sturgis area.

She is survived by four cousins, Kathryn Reausaw, Spearfish, Ralph Soelzer, Spearfish, Marie Wurnig, Sturgis, and Alice McFarland, Sturgis.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, her only sister, one niece, and one nephew.
