Lola May Wopinski, 86, Friday, August 17, 2018 at Fort Meade VA medical Center.

Born Lola May Richardson on January 7, 1932 in Weleetka, Oklahoma to Francis and Hazel Sue Richardson.

Lola joined the United States Army in 1950 and that is where she met her husband, Clement "Blackie" Wopinski. They were married on October 18, 1950 in Prince George, Virginia.

She is survived by her son, Guy (Karen) Wopinski, Nisland, SD; daughter, Hazel Mayville, Lawton, OK; and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Lola was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, one brother, two sons, and a great granddaughter.

Cremation has taken place and services are pending.
