Pierre, SD - Manly "Rip" William Olsby, 77, Pierre, SD, died Saturday, July 6, 2013 at his home. He is survived by two sons, Erik Olsby, Spearfish, SD, and Jeffery Wright; two daughters, Terryl Lapka and Heidi Olsby, Stratford, NY. He was preceded in death by his parents, Manly and Pauline Olsby and a brother, Gary Olsby. Upon his request, cremation has taken place and no services will be held at this time.
