Marilyn Susan Ferguson (Webb) went home to be with our Savior Jesus Christ on Tuesday night August 5th 2025 at the age of 94.
Marilyn started her life born to Roy and Blanch Webb, October 11, 1930 in Aberdeen, South Dakota, the youngest of eight brothers and sisters; Lincoln, Murial, Iris, Betty, Nancy, Wally and Harvey.
Marilyn grew up in Aberdeen and attended high school there and college when she met her husband Floyd Ferguson and began a new chapter in her life. Not long after their marriage, Floyd joined the Air Force and the couple began an adventure that took them all over the globe.
Marilyn started a civil service position as a clerk typist in the Titan missile program. She worked for the federal government for thirty years having worked for programs like The Titan missile, Minute Man missile, DET 6 SR71 and finally the B-2 program where she retired as a procurement specialist.
Until health issues she was active in her church, and served in many volunteer programs.
Marilyn is Mom to two Sons, Bret (Angela) and Guy (Barbara) and Grandma (Mammy) to Carson, Drew, Jordyn, Braden and Brooks Ferguson. She is also Great Grandma to Milo, Amelia and Aria Ferguson. Marilyn has many nieces and nephews all across the country.
A celebration of life will be planned at a later date.
