Marilyn "Gramsie" Tinsley was born September 4, 1943 to Lucian and Rose (Carollo) Balzan in Hartville, Wyoming.

Beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother and sister passed peacefully on December 12, 2020 at the age of 77. Our beautiful sweet mother was truly a loving, kind, and generous spirit that had a very deep faith in God. She was such a talented lady and loved crafting.

Marilyn is survived by her daughters, Wendy Meagher(Chuck) of New York and Jana Shankle(Paul) of South Dakota; She is also survived by her six grandchildren Eden Adams, Sean & Charles Meagher, Haley Fuchs, Mia & Jack Shankle and six great grandchildren Rowan Adams, Evie, Rory & Ellie Meagher, Morgan & Oliver Fuchs;  and two sisters, Lena Dawson(Huey) and Lou Alcorn (Tom) of Wyoming;

There are no plans for a funeral service at this time. A memorial service is pending in the Spring 2021.
