Six (Winn), Marirose

Marirose Ann Six went to be with her Lord on March 20, 2015. She lost a courageous battle to cancer on at age 45 at her home in Newcastle WY.

Marirose was born to Dennis and Carolyn Winn on Oct. 24, 1969, in Grand Rapids, MI. She graduated from IHM School and CCHS in 1988. She rode and worked with horses most of her life She was the first female polo rider in West MI. She was a trainer of horses and mules and loved all animals. She married her loving husband Chuck on Oct. 25, 1990. They lived on a ranch in Cannon Twp. until they moved to Newcastle, WY where they built a ranch and she trained animals and where they made many close friendships.

She was preceded in death by her sister Deborah.

She is survived by husband Chuck, parents Dennis and Carolyn Winn, brothers Dr. Dennis (Ann) Scott (Debbie) Dr. Paul (Amy), in-laws Von and Mary Crocker, sisters in-law Angie Holliday & Jennifer Six, step son Kody (Stephanie) Gunter, grandson Braden and several cousins nieces and nephews.

Marirose was cremated as she had requested. A memorial was held in Newcastle this past week. A memorial service will be held in MI later this year.
