Maxine "Micci" Stacy, 82, passed away Thursday, January 2, 2025.

Micci was born in Washington state on January 31, 1942 to George and Dallas Flint. She married her husband Danny Harris Stacy at age 16. They eventually settled and found their forever home in Chadron NE. Micci worked for the Chadron Public School District, where she worked until her retirement. Micci loved golfing, bowling and fishing (mostly reading books while Danny fished). Micci loved hosting large gatherings and always treated everyone like family.

Micci moved to South Dakota to be closer to family after her husband, Danny, passed.

Micci is preceded by her husband (Danny Stacy), parents (George and Dallas Flint), sisters (Yvonne and Shirleen) and brother (Marty).

Micci is survived by her son (Mike Stacy of Clearmont WY), grandkids (Danny and Breanna Stacy of Sturgis SD; Cassie Stacy of Sturgis; Jessie Ferguson of Rapid City; Michelle and Cory Millard of Rapid City), as well as numerous nieces, nephews and great grandchildren.

No services will be held following Micci's wishes.
