Michael "Mike" Avery Anderson, 43, passed away Friday September 17,2021 at his home he shared with longtime friend, Richie Riter, in Rapid City, South Dakota.

Mike was born on December 23,1977 in Anaheim, California. The family relocated to Rapid City in 1983.

Mike was a genuine man, a teddy bear, someone you could always turn too. He loved to spend time with family, cooking new foods, gaming with friends, making others laugh and an infamous prankster. Mike had an outrageous sense of humor, a wittiness like no other and will be deeply missed by those that knew and loved him.

He leaves behind his beloved mom, Debbie Hart; his siblings, Tina Wenzel (sister), Joshua Anderson (brother) and Brenda O'Grady (sister).

Mike was preceded in death by his dad, Keith Hart.

A Celebration of life will be held from 1:30 pm to 4:00 pm Saturday October 16, 2021 at the Elks Lodge, 3333 Jolly Lane, Rapid City, SD. Please join  us as we celebrate Mike's life and memories.
