Nadine Levere Rosenberger, 88, Rapid City, died Saturday, April 18, 2009 at the Golden Living Prairie Hills facility in Rapid City.
Visitation will be 8 a.m. to time of services on Thursday at the Kinkade Funeral Chapel in Sturgis.
Committal services will be 1 p.m. Thursday, April 23, 2009 at the Black Hills National Cemetery near Sturgis with Chaplain Charley Conger officiating. Friends may gather at the funeral chapel prior to leaving for the cemetery.
Nadine was born September 21, 1920 at Chadron, NE, to Ralph Knox and Laura Samantha (Black) Munkres. She graduated from Chadron High School and attended Chadron State College for two years.
Nadine married Jerry Bellieu. They lived in Chadron and Nadine was a stay at home mom for several years until she started to keep books for the local Gambles store.
They moved to Belle Fourche and Nadine worked as a clerk for the Ben Franklin store.
On June 15, 1967 she married Perry Rosenberger in Cheyenne, WY. They lived in several states before moving to Sturgis in 1994.
Survivors include her daughters, Meredith Beug, Sturgis, Lynda Morgan, Spearfish, Judith Fritz, Tucson, AZ; Seven grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband.
