Norman Ralph Jensen, 81, Rapid City, died January 7, 2009 at the Fort Meade VA Hospital.

Committal services will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, January 15, 2009 at the Black Hills National Cemetery near Sturgis with Chaplain Ralph Vencill officiating and military honors by the Sturgis Veterans Honor Guard. Friends may gather at the Kinkade Funeral Chapel in Sturgis prior to leaving for the cemetery.

Survivors include his brothers, Thurlo Jensen, Spearfish, Melvin Jensen, Delafield, WI; one sister, Cora Kurtz, Aberdeen, SD; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by six brothers and four sisters.
