Quin was born to Herman Riley Scull and Betty Jean Jordan Stevens on February 2, 1960, in Los Angeles County, CA.
He was married to Lunette Marie Gates Scull (1966-2000) and they had a son, Jordan and a daughter, Destiny.
Quin served in the US Navy and is buried at Black Hills National Cemetery, Sturgis, SD.
