Randall Leroy Outka, 64, Sturgis, died Friday, May 31, 2014 at the Rapid City Regional Hospice House.

Memorial services will be 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 4, 2013 at the Kinkade Funeral Chapel in Sturgis with Pastor Doug Clark officiating.

Randall was born May 14, 1949 at Rapid City, SD, to Leroy and Evelyn (Harris) Outka. He grew up in the country and attended school at Enning. He graduated from New Underwood High School.

Randall married Peggy Crosbie in New Underwood on August 21, 1970. They were blessed with four children Amy, Wade, Clint and Mark. Randy lived in New Underwood for 20 years then moved to Rapid City in 1990 and later Sturgis.

He served six years with the South Dakota Army National Guard and held a number of jobs over his professional career.

At the time of his death he had worked for Best Western Ramkota in Rapid City in maintenance.

Randall enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping on the Belle River with his kids, bowling and darts. He had a talent for fixing the unfixable. He would always say, "it's not junk I can fix it".

Survivors include his daughter, Amy (Brian) Sears, Rapid City; sons Wade (Janeen) Outka, Aberdeen, Clint (Hannah) Outka, Box Elder, Mark (Lindi /special friend) Outka, Rapid City; brother, Thomas (Teddy) Outka, Sturgis; sisters, Lois Davis, Rapid City, LaVonne (Dennis) Urbaniak, Bonners Ferry, ID; also five grandchildren, Tyler and Jordan Sears, Rapid City, Nicole Outka, Aberdeen, Brooke and Trenton Outka, Box Elder; and his nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, LeRoy and Evelyn Outka; and Brother in law Chuck Davis.

A memorial has been established to the Rapid City Regional Hospital Hospice House.
