Randy McFarland, 65, of Greeley, CO, passed away at NCMC on August 17, 2015. He was born October 23, 1949, to Merle Gerald McFarland and Betty Jo McFarland in Garber, OK.

Randy graduated high school from Rapid City Central High School, Rapid City, SD. He entered the U.S. Army November 28, 1969, and was honorably discharged June 9, 1972. He was a Vietnam Veteran Army Spec. 5. Randy married Juanita Popovich in 1979 and they divorced later. He worked at Central Homes Inc., Williams Scotsman Inc. and Roche Constructors. He was an avid Broncos fan. He survived the floods in Evans in 2013, losing everything and started over in Greeley.

Randy is survived by two brothers, Robby (Rebecca) of Los Osos, CA, and Brett, of Rapid City, SD; two nephews, Ben and Micah McFarland; and other extended family and friends.

Randy was preceded in death by his parents, Merle and Betty Jo McFarland.

Graveside services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday November 2, 2015, at Black Hills National Cemetery near Sturgis.
