Reginald Eiler Henrickson, 52, of Crosby, Minnesota, formerly of Fayetteville, died May 28, 2012. A Graveside Service with Military Honors will be held on Monday, July 15, 2013 at 2:00 p.m., at the Minnesota State Veteran's Cemetery. Reg was born on January 4, 1960 in Crosby, Minnesota to CSM(R) Richard and Jean (Vranish) Henrickson. He grew up around the world as an Army dependent, until he graduated from Eisenhower High School in Lawton, Oklahoma in1978. Following graduation, Reg attended St. Cloud State University in St. Cloud, Minnesota and then joined the United States Air Force. Reg was united in marriage to Pam (Cochran) Henrickson from Glenwood for 16 years and was blessed with three daughters, Marissa, Elise and Leah. After his retirement from the USAF, he moved to Alaska where he worked seasonally, and spent the remainder of the year in the Philippines. Reg loved hunting and fishing, rugby, darts and singing karaoke with his family. He will always be remembered by his daughters for his famous joke"Sometimes my friends ask me; Reg, how did you get so funny? And I say, I put a slice of bologna in one shoe and a slice of cheese in the other, and boy, do I feel funny!" Reg is survived by his daughters, Marissa of Mound, MN, Elise of Alexandria, MN, and Leah of Alexandria MN; his brother, Richard Henrickson, Jr. of Cottage Grove, Minnesota; his sister Ginny Murphy of Fayetteville, NC; nephews Ryan Henrickson of Shakopee, MN, Andrew Henrickson of Northfield, MN, PFC Terry Murphy of Fayetteville, NC; and niece, Brianna Murphy of Fayetteville, NC. He was preceded in death by his parents CSM(R) Richard Henrickson and Jean (Vranish) Henrickson.
