Richard L. Martin, 78, passed away at the Dept of Veterans Affairs VA Hospital, Hot Springs, SD.
Richard was born in Ohio to Willis O. and Pauline (Timson) Martin. He served in the US Air Force during Vietnam and is buried in Springfield National Cemetery, Springfield, Missouri.
