Robert Eugene Howard, a 60-year-old resident of Trenton, died Wednesday, Feb. 11, 2015 at Rapid City Regional Hospital in Rapid City, SD, where he had been a patient. He had suffered cardiac arrest early Saturday morning. Funeral arrangements are pending under the care of Kinkade Funeral Home in Sturgis, SD. He is survived by his daughter, Robyn Webb of Elwood, KS; a brother, Kelley Howard of Trenton; and a sister.

He was born in Missouri to Earl Dean and Dorothy Jean (Lapp) Howard on February 19, 1954.
