Belle Fourche - Robert H. "Bob" Kiplinger, 81 of Belle Fourche, passed away Sunday, October 16, 2011 at the Department of Veteran Affairs Medical Center in Hot Springs, SD. Bob was born in Belle Fourche August 7, 1930 to Ward and Georgia Marie Kiplinger. He attended school in Belle Fourche and Buffalo, SD. He enlisted in the U.S. Navy in 1952 ; serving until 1960 on active duty. He is survived by a son, Russell Kiplinger, Portland, Oregon; a daughter, Roberta Morgan, Portland, Oregon; several grandchildren; nieces and nephews. Bob was preceded in death by his parents, five brothers, Howard, George "Bud", Ward "Daisy", Frank "Pete" and Jack Kiplinger. Upon his request cremation has taken place and no services are planned at this time. A private family burial will take place at a later date.
