Robert L. Meddings of Lead, South Dakota, 56, died of heart failure in a Rapid City, South Dakota, hospital Feb. 14, 2018.

Robert was the son of Tom and Jennie Meddings of Havre, MT.

Robert was preceded in death by his mother, Jennie, and an older brother, Thomas.

He is survived by his wife, Sheila, and son, Michael, of Lead, South Dakota, brother, Gregory of Manhattan, Montana, and brother David of Lead, South Dakota, and his father, Tom.

At his request, cremation has taken place and no memorial services are planned.
