Robin Christopher Coy, 60, Piedmont, died Thursday, August 28, 2014, at Rapid City Regional Hospice of the Hills.

He was born in San Jose, CA to William and Barbara (Cureton) Coy on March 16, 1954. He grew up in the area and graduated high school in San Jose. After high school, he joined the Coast Guard and served until his honorable discharge in 1990. He married the love of his life, Marjorie Miller on August 23, 1987, in Carson City, NV. After his discharge, he went to work for AT&T as a Telecommunications Manager until he retired and went to work at Wal-Mart in Rapid City six years ago.

Robin enjoyed being outdoors and liked to hunt.

He is survived by his loving wife, Marjorie, Piedmont; sons, Jeff Auxier, CA, and Bryan Auxier, Rapid City, SD; sister, Mickey Parker, CA; and two grand-daughters.

He is preceded in death by his parents.
