Rolland Weber 69 of Rapid City passed away Monday, January 7, 2008 at his home. A graveside memorial service will be 1:00 pm Tuesday, January 15, 2008 at the Black Hills National Cemetery near Sturgis. Military honors will be provided by the Sturgis Veterans Honor Guard. Rolland was born September 17, 1938 in Mobridge, SD to Fred & Roxie Mae (Carter) Weber. He entered the United States Army January 18, 1962 at Fort Riley, KS. He was honorably discharged January 17, 1964 after serving his 2 year term of service. Survivors include his sister Betty & husband Lee Stimes of Rapid City. In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established. Arrangements have been entrusted with Black Hills Funeral Home & Cremation Services of Sturgis.
