Sturgis, SD - Ruth Mildred Moore, 91, of Sturgis, SD died Friday, November 8, 2013 at Rapid City Regional Hospital. She is survived by a daughter, and a brother. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Carlos Moore; and sons Joseph and Gary Moore. Upon her request, cremation has taken place and no local services are planned at this time. Inurnment will take place at a later date in California.
