Sandra LaVee Denton, 82, of Sturgis, died at her home on Friday, May 27, 2022.

Sandra was born May 16, 1940, in Keokuk, Iowa. She enjoyed spending time with her family and loved to play games; everything from cards to Kismet to Yahtzee. She had a kind and gentle heart but could very stubborn when required.

Sandra was preceded in death by her mother, Alice Skinner; sister, Sheila; son, Kevin; grandson, Scott; and granddaughter, Katie.

She is survived by her husband, Donald; sons, Michael D., Patrick, Michael M., and Scott; daughters, JoAnna, Kim, Tina, and Rhonda; grandkids, Danny, Kerrie, Tami, Michael M., Michael D., Jayme, Ryan, Kristina, Jessica, Madison, Katie, Allison; and numerous great grandkids.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, June 11, 2022, 1:00 p.m., at Kinkade Funeral Chapel, SD.
