Sharon Morales, 74, of Huron, passed away in her sleep, Sunday, October 28, 2018, at Firsteel Healthcare Community in Mitchell, surrounded by her family.

A private family memorial service is being planned for a later time.

Sharon was born March 2, 1944, in Huron to Wilbur and Evelyn Schnabel.  She grew up in Huron until moving to California where she met the love of her life, Henry J. Morales I.  They raised three children together, and she remained by his side until his passing in 1993.

She is survived by her children, Lance Morales, Mitchell, Henry J.  Morales II (Rachel), Huron, and Heather Quinn (Martin), Huron; 11 grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and siblings; Sheila, Ronald, Richard, Roger, Michael, Tara, and Marla.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Henry J. Morales I.

Her grandchildren were the light of her life, and they will take with them her strength.
