Sheila Spencer, 54, of Fulton passed away in South Dakota on August 14, 2020.

She was born on January 29, 1966 in Fulton, Missouri to Robert and Lois (Laughlin) Spencer.

Sheila obtained her associates degree in nursing from Lincoln University then went on to work at Capital Region Medical Center for more than twenty years. Her passions included traveling, riding horses, rescuing animals, and spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her parents; children, Mason Horstman (Megan), and Michaela Shaver (Brayden); sister, Cheryl Spencer; and grandchildren, Kylee and John Horstman.

Friends will be received from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 22, 2020 at Providence Baptist Church in New Bloomfield. A Celebration of Life will follow at 2:00 p.m.
