Shirley Ann Baldwin, 88 of Brackettville, TX and formerly of Vale, SD died Thursday, March 8, 2012 at Val Verde Regional Medical Center in Del Rio, TX.

A memorial service will be held Friday, March 30, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at the Kinkade Funeral Chapel in Sturgis, SD. An inurnment service will follow at Black Hills National Cemetery.

Shirley was born Thursday, September 20, 1923 at Springfield, IL to Hal and Grace (Harshbarger) Morgan. She grew up and attended school in Maquon, IL. Shirley married Thomas J. Baldwin and they made their home at Vale, SD.

She is survived by husband Thomas of Brackettville, TX; one daughter Shirl Ann Fiocchi; one grandson, Michael (Gina) Vilches; one granddaughter Lisa Chesser; great-grandchildren, Ricky, Michael T., Cody Ray and Bailee Ann.

Shirley was preceded in death by both parents; two brothers, Bill and Dick and one sister Nancy.
